SHIPPING & RETURNS
DUE TO COVID & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS IN SOME COUNTRIES ,
ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL TO RECEIVE
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $150 AUD.
Orders under $150 AUD are sent via Australia Post Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $8.00 AUD per order. You have the option to pay for express shipping via Australia Post at a flat rate of $19 AUD.
Please allow up to 24hrs for order processing. Orders are packed every 2-3 days. Domestic shipping has a standard delivery of 2-5 business days, rural areas please allow an extra 1-2 business days.
International Shipping is calculated at checkout using live shipping rates. Orders over $250 USD will receive free international shipping via Australia Post. Please allow 6 - 18 business days for economy delivery, depending on the destination country.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order. If you do not receive this, please email email@example.com
We do not take responsibility for lost packages or items damaged in transit, but we are happy to follow this up with the shipping carrier for you.

DUTIES & TAXES
Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to customs, which is out of our control. Please note that customs, duties and taxes are not included in our prices. They are the responsibility of the customer.
We really hope that you love your swimwear as much as we do.
Full-priced items can be returned for a store credit via gift card, we do not offer refunds. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned item, not including shipping fees or taxes and will not expire. We do not offer exchanges, but will happily accept your return for store-credit to re-purchase the item you need (provided all other conditions listed below are met).
Returns are accepted on all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition. We do not accept returns on Final Sale items or items with 20% discount or more. Items must be unworn, unwashed with all hygiene stickers and tags attached in original packaging.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your items.
We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Any items received thereafter may be declined for return. Store-Credit via a gift card will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or any lost or stolen returns. Please include tracking and insurance to ensure your item is returned safely. Original Shipping fees are not refunded on the return.
International orders (all orders outside Australia) are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

For faulty items please email email@example.com, our customer care team will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced. Please include a few clear photos of the fault.
